Progressive Rehabilitative Therapy Services

Whether you are in need of a week of conditioning after a minor medical procedure, or more extensive rehabilitation following major surgery, it's our goal to restore patients to their highest level of function when they return to the community.

Managed by the same therapy department and employing the same therapists as our short-term Transitional Facility, we offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. Our therapists, working together with our knowledgeable Discharge Planners and Licensed Nurses, coordinate a safe return home for our clients.
